Currently all Earth Recruit staff are qualified to degree level or above in disciplines ranging from the Arts to Science based subjects as well as having great industry experience within and outside of recruitment.
We take great pride in being completely open and honest and never bombard clients with CV’s, we prefer to submit only those who are capable, experienced and qualified enough to do the job.
The big question is How much will it Cost? We charge a flat percentage fee of 15% of the first year's basic salary - this is the same for everyone, there are no hidden extras for things like company cars etc. The 15% is what you pay, no more. We offer discounted fees if you choose to appoint Earth Recruit as your sole recruitment agency.
